Outcomes
Each participant finishes with a recorded list of the competencies they demonstrated — not a certificate of attendance.
Participants who complete the fundamentals and a trade track are prepared for entry-level construction work and for continued training toward a skilled trade.
Employment outcomes are recorded here as they occur, named only with the participant’s permission.
