Initial assessment
Experience, career goals, English level and trade interests. This determines where a participant starts and which track fits.
Fundamental training
Safety, tools, measurement and construction terminology — the shared vocabulary every trade depends on.
Hands-on training
Training stations, mockups or a supervised real-world environment, depending on the track and the session.
Skills evaluation
Practical competency assessments. A participant demonstrates the work rather than answering questions about it.
Career preparation
Resume, interview practice, contractor expectations and jobsite communication.
Employment or continued development
Connections with construction employers, or continued training in a specialized track.
Our initiative is developing relationships with construction companies interested in entry-level skilled workers. We do not guarantee employment.
Presentation

Registration
What registering will get you
The online platform will hold the written half of the training — lessons, checklists and a record of what you have completed. It is in development.
