Training schedule

Three ways to train

Sessions are small and hands-on. Groups form as people apply, so the format matters more than the calendar.

Pick the format that fits your life

All three cover the same material to the same standard. What changes is how the hours are arranged and where the work happens.

Option 01

Weekday intensive

Four weeks · three evenings a week

A short, concentrated block. The fastest route from no experience to jobsite-ready.

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Roughly 40 hours total
  • Best for career changers

Option 02

Weekend track

Six weeks · Saturdays

Full days on site, so nobody has to leave a job in order to learn a trade.

  • Saturdays, full day
  • Roughly 40 hours total
  • Best for current workers

Option 03

Employer-hosted group

Scheduled with the contractor

We bring the training to your jobsite and teach your crew on the work you are already doing.

  • Your site, your schedule
  • Content matched to your trade
  • Minimum group size applies
Next group forming. Dates are set once a group fills, so we publish them when they are real rather than in advance. Ask and we will tell you when the next session in your format starts.

Before you arrive

Bring

Work boots and clothes you can work in. Tools and materials are provided.

Cost

Discussed at the initial assessment. There is no charge for the conversation.

Requirements

No prior construction experience. English at a level where safety instruction is understood.

Measuring a beam during training

On the day

You will be holding tools, not a pen

Every session is built around work you actually perform. You will measure, cut, fasten and check — and you will be corrected on the spot, which is the part that makes it stick.

Tell us which format suits you

We will put you in the next group that fits, and tell you the dates as soon as they are set.

Ask about training

Tell us where you are starting from. No prior construction experience is required, and there is no cost to ask.
